What is your billing policy?

Where do shirts ship from?

All orders going to the United States will be shipped through USPS from NY States and Canadian orders will be shipped out from Ontario, Canada via Canada Post.  European orders ship directly from Europe (via Spring GDS) to speed up shipping time for international orders!

 

Do you provide tracking numbers?

Yes! We provide tracking numbers for all orders! Tracking numbers will be provided 24-48 hours after your item has shipped out and will be available online. To find your status tracker, please check your confirmation email.

 

What is the average wait time?

All shirts will be processed and sent for shipping in two business days after your order has been paid for.  Some instances the order will be shipped out that same day but normally will take two business days.  The average wait times vary for each country. Please refer to the chart below for shipping time estimates based on location.
